AT Cut定義振動類型和溫度系數(shù)
石英的溫度系數(shù)和振蕩類型這兩個特性在生產過程中會受到特別的影響。決定性因素是石英盤從晶體中取出的切割角度。石英晶振晶體是根據數(shù)學計算切割的,任何變化都會對零件的質量造成嚴重影響。
最常見的角切之一是AT切,用于所有京瓷水晶的生產。這種切割與石英晶體的Z軸成35度角,是最常選擇的切割角度之一。以這種方式生產的石英坯料具有良好的溫度系數(shù)。在-40至85攝氏度的溫度范圍內,由于AT cut,可以產生偏差僅為+/- 15 ppm (ppm=百萬分之一)的精確頻率。用于具有附加溫度補償?shù)恼袷幤?TCXO),這些AT-blanks保證了高達+/-0.5 ppm的更高頻率穩(wěn)定性。
石英的枕頭形狀
用AT切割生產的所有石英晶體都是厚度剪切振蕩器,這對于進一步加工是一個很大的優(yōu)勢。石英晶體是SMD無源晶體元件,沒有外部電壓,它們完全沒有用。精細的電極必須附著在石英上,以激勵石英并使其振蕩。

因此,AT切割在石英生產中具有雙重功能。首先,它確保在-40到85攝氏度的溫度范圍內的高頻率穩(wěn)定性,其次,它將坯料的形狀定義為厚度剪切振蕩器。
